Included in the set:
7 star-shaped cutters (different sizes)
1 round cutter (for layers and base)
1 small round cutter (for central holes)
1 stand for assembly
You will also need:
Dough (gingerbread, sugar cookie, etc.)
Baking tray and parchment paper
Icing, chocolate, or edible decorations (optional)
Preheat the oven to 170 °C (or as per your recipe).
Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thickness.
Cut out:
🔸 With circles (classic version):
1 star of each size (7 pieces)
7 circles (1 base + 6 layers)
Cut a central hole in each using the small round cutter
🔸 Without circles:
2 stars of each size (14 pieces total)
Hole in the centre of each star
⚠️ Note: All parts must be baked and cooled before assembly.
Bake until golden and let them cool completely.
🔸 With circles:
Start with one circle (base) on the stand
Alternate star and circle, from largest to smallest
Circles form the trunk and add spacing
🔸 Without circles:
Stack 2 stars of the same size, slightly rotated
Continue from largest to smallest – full tree shape
Decoration:
Add a star on top or use icing, pearls or powdered sugar.
